The Authenex Strong Authentication System (ASAS®) is the most advanced, cost-effective and easy to administer two factor authentication (2FA) system available. It enables organizations of all sizes to use 2FA to provide secure LAN access, secure VPN access, secure Web access and secure WA) email access. While any 2FA system allows secure access to only authorized users with tokens, ASAS provides more robust management features and also the option of packaging additional security applications on the A-Key USB token, including PKI, Single Sign On and Secure Storage solutions.

ASAS is compatible with the world's most popular Remote Firewall and VPN solutions, including Check Point, Cisco, Nortel, and Microsoft RRAS, as well as Citrix and MetaInfo (Meta IP DHCP services). ASAS System administration is performed through a versatile web application called the Web Management Console (WMC). With minimal system requirements on the server, all ASAS System administration tasks can be performed remotely via the Web.  This includes managing users, A-Key tokens, and user groups, as well as administering the ASAS Server itself.

ACert™ software is an Authenex PKI application that can be loaded on A-Key tokens, enabling A-Key token users to securely generate, store, and use digital certificates. My A-Key™ is a Single Sign On application that can be pre-installed on any A-Key USB token, enabling it to automatically store passwords and user IDs to secure networks and Web sites in its encrypted storage area without anyone seeing the user names or passwords, My A-Key software can automatically log users in to Exchange servers, company intranets and portals, Web sites, ftp servers, VPNs, IM etc. My A-Key software leaves no footprint and no keystroke to record in a key log.

Authenex also offers non-OTP versions of its USB tokens that come with ACert, My A-Key and/or Secure Storage solutions.  Authenex provides the A-Key Management System for enterprise administrators that want to deploy the A-Key USB device and have the ability to manage the tokens remotely and provide self-service to the user community, thereby offloading deployment and help desk effort.
